betrayers!

sold a huawei mate 20 pro dual sim. I thought its the single sim. they told me it's dual sim and gave me 20$ less for a phone which is actually worth 40$ more. also the waiting time was 1 week. betrayers!

I had a more than unpleasant experience

I had a more than unpleasant experience with this company. They used an illegitimate reason to downgrade my sent in device by almost 100% and are unwilling to explain or solve the issue. I will not use their service again and advice strongly against selling anything to them. Here is what happened:I sent in an Asus Google Nexus. In the online evaluation it was rated 38 EUR. After evaluation by the ZOXS Team, they said the device was not working properly so they reduced their offer to just 80 cents. As I checked the device before sending it off and it was perfectly functioning, I requested what was tested wrong and they said "the device was unable to play videos". I was very surprised about this since not being able to play a certain video format has nothing to with the hardware but merely with the right player to be installed on the device. After checking back and forth with the support who took up to 5 days at times to answer my emails (on their website is says they answer within 24h), I neither got an answer to why a software component, which could easily be fixes with an update or the right app, is uses a criterion to check my devices functionality and downgrade it by almost 100%, nor did I get an answer to which video format was tried to be played.After many attempts to call them, I finally got someone on the phone who was absolutely unwilling to help solve the situation and borderline rude when telling me what I was thinking to request this type of information. I am now having my device returned to me, which is not for free but costs me 3,5 EUR shipping. After my experience I feel like I fell to a fraudulent company that is now keeping my device if I don't pay what feels to me like ransom.Update: I received the device back now and checked the video playback function myself as this was the reason my device was downgraded to 0.80 EUR. I put a file in .mov on the device, which the android OS could indeed not play. So I took that same video file, converted it to .mp4, put it on the device also and, look at that, it worked perfectly.Interestingly, I found two video files on the device that the tester at Zoxs had not bothered to delete. They were made with the device's camera and they worked perfectly. In one of the videos you see an iPhone being tested parallely so I suspect that the tester just used a video recorded with the iPhone and tried to play it on the Google device. iPhone videos are by default stored in .mov and will not play on my Google Nexus 7.Conclusion: My device was definitely downgraded illegitimately.

Too risky - stolen

Too risky! My 3-week old iPhone was estimated at €453, and sent in according to all instructions -- taped in bubblewrap and closed in a special carton for sending handys. Taped multiple times. No indication outside of contents. Used the Retoure Aufkleber sent me by Zoxs with €500 insurance (which is useless, since DHL doesn't weigh packages with Retoure Aufkleber, so you can't prove the contents were ever in the box). I receive the 3rd message from Zoxs that happily says my package arrived, but this one says the "package was empty. Maybe I forgot to put it in?" What?? How could my box pass through 2 checkpoints at Zoxs before someone realised that it was slit open on the side, the bubble wrap and tracking paper were still inside, but no phone??? Zoxs has been no help, other than taking themselves out of the negotiation with DHL. 3 months later and 2 disputes with DHL dismissed (1: not adequately packed. 2: didn't meet their packing requirements). There is a large theft problem when shipping phones, in particular. Zoxs must know that either they or DHL have a theft problem. My next step is hiring a lawyer, as I was encouraged to do by the Verbraucherzentrale, since this is apparently a large problem.

What a nerve

What a nerve! A brand-new phone with the seals intact was sent in. They say one of the seals was broken, so "devaluate" has to be done. That's fraud! The mobile phone was packaged PERFECTLY, so the seal could not have been damaged while shipment.

UPDATE !! :In retaliation, probably for the bad reviews I left, Zoxs.de damaged the goods I sent them:The bill is folded and scratched, so that the IMEI number can hardly be read and the original boxed phone package has been treated so badly that it does not look new, i.e. all stickers were also damaged.Please do not fall for them and do not support any organization that works this way. If you spend some time looking online, you will find that this case is no exception. Especially on German webpages and forums, where this company is unfortunately at home.=====================They devalued the new phone I send them, because they didn't like the dealers seal, it wasn't the one they prefer.In order to get it back, I was required to send them money.This was the second bad impression it got from them.Spare your nerves and try to sell your phone somewhere else,preferably in the local neighbourhood.No need to spend money on such a bad service.---------------Antwort auf den Kommentar von Zoxs.de:Die Optionen waren das Gerät als geöffnet, also zu einem deutlich niedrigeren Wert, zu verkaufen.Von dem verursachten Umständen abgesehen, wäre ein kostenloser Rückversand angebracht, da das Gerät in dem vereinbarten Zustand war.Der freundliche Kollege von der Zoxs Hotline war da meiner Meinung.Tatsächlich bleibe ich nun auf Kosten und zeitbedingtem Wertverfall hängen. Das Siegelkriterium hätte klar kommuniziert werden müssen.

Not trustworthy

Not trustworthy, they highly devalue the article and then if we dont accept, charge money to get our product back.Pixel 2 Xl in new condition was evaluated to 25 Euro, after 3 weeks of submission. and now money is demanded to get the product back...

Unacceptable

Unacceptable. They tried to tell me my phones weren't worth more than 5€ after they priviosly told me they'd be worth around 90€ due to the phones condition and equipment. The estimated proccesing time was 1 week. They took more than 2 weeks in the end.I went to another buyer and they bought the phones for 80€ without making up any defects or dents like ZOXS did. This company is shitting with people to make money of them. No surprise I guess?!!
