Best money ever spent! The app is an amazing community of fitness instructors and people like me. The workouts are very balanced and follow a progression that makes them manageable and fun. If you have a question, the 28pilates team is immediately available. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape and/or supplement their workouts. It’s a comprehensive Pilates workout and the soundtrack is fun!
I have only just begun this amazing program and already I can feel my muscles coming alive again. Looking forward to more progress and success in the coming weeks! The community is equally fabulous with warm and gently support when you need it as well as motivational encouragement to do more. Loving this program!!!
Finished the 28 day challenge, it was awesome and I'm addicted. Doing the 90 day boot camp, can't wait to wake up in the morning and get on the reformer. I have already dropped a size, all my clothes are loose. My pants kept falling down in church and my husband was laughing. I'm loving this, best decision I've ever made . The progress is steady and I don't feel like the Tin Man in Oz, i'm not rusting over any more. I have energy, no more aches and pains. Everyone should get on this program. It's FUNtastic!!! the results are just an extra bonus!
I've enjoyed the 28 Day Challenge. I think it's well suited to all fitness levels. However, it would be helpful to add a tutorial in the Start Here menu to show beginners how to properly execute and modify the basic movements.I would also like it if they add a shop section on the website to purchase a reformer board, accessories, or replacement parts. As it is now, the only items available for purchase is the Reformer Board/28 Day Challenge and Community Access OR just the 28 Day Challenge and Community Access. It's very limiting and I've had to look elsewhere for bands, a fitness ring, and Pilates socks.Fix those things and it would be a five star review.
Pilates boards are taking the internet by storm, but there's a huge lack of resources when it comes to workout programs with the board. 28pilates.com gives you a fantastic variety of workouts through their monthly community program. But it isn't just the 28-day program with the pilates board that you get. There's also a 90-day bootcamp, a 17-day ab burner, loop workouts, chair workouts, and more. In addition, you have community support and new workouts to be found in the community forum. Joining is very easy, as is accessing the classes. I counted somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 exercises you can do with this board, so pick out your favorites for various body parts and form your own workouts if you want to keep going past these advertised workouts.
I was initially skeptical about another fitness program. As like many, I’ve tried countless ones — both online, in person, as well as fitness club memberships, personally tailored programs and group fitness etc. The 28Pilates program is by far the BEST program for anyone at any fitness level. It is self-paced but you can also select from many of the options offered in the program. As someone who is fighting the menopause battle, I found something that is FINALLY working! The content of the workouts and challenges are outstanding, but the best part is the community —exceptional, dedicated and motivating coaches, as well as supportive members who constantly inspire and motivate each other on one great team! I completed the 28-Day Challenge trial and did not hesitate to continue my fitness journey and membership. Give this one a try as you won’t regret it!

I know a lot of programs say they work and believe me if you have an hour every day for 60 days and u eat well you will meet your weight loss goal but many don’t. But what if you can achieve those SAME earthshaking results with a quarter of the time?? THAT’S 28Pilates. I guarantee you have 15 mins everyday for 28 days.
uhhhh… Surprised how much I love it! I never thought I’d be the kind of person who loves working out, but here we are. The way these workouts are designed makes it EASY to stick with. Plus, I can do them at home without feeling like an idiot in the gym. Huge win.
