Very professional

Worst storage you can get ,cancel my contract close my account where I didn’t even ask for it. Supposed to get a refund Couple months now still waiting keeps telling me lies. Never got a call back when they always promise someone will call me back.

Jo made my experience really unforgettable I was having a horrible time due to my mover who was terribly late but Jo went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me less stressed also make it easy to get my move sorted into the storage room I also go a big storage unit as the one I needed wasn’t available for no extra cost they were honestly amazing
