I have just taken possession of a adjustamatic bed & I am not happy at all. Sales person did not tell me they actually build the bed here, so it can never be moved. The delivery men did not ask ,there was no communication as to where the bed should be placed & it has been placed with no thought as where bed lamp & and clock radio can be used. Be very careful people the sales people lie . I was told my old bed would be collected & taken to British Heart Foudation.It has been completely destroyed and is going to the tip. A perfectly decent 2 year old bed, only changed for health reasons.

The very high standard experience on all contact occasions“The chair and the very high price.”This held me off buying An adjutamatic riser recliner .after owning 3cheaper chairs of good quality over time.I live in my chair 24hous ,365 days a year.The cheaper chairs suffered compactin of the foam cushions in built.This tended to result in loss of comfort. The price of adjustamatic was not a problem if it was consistently comfortable.Ihave to say i now have the chair which has consistant very high levels of comfort so now i see the price as very Reasonable because it satisfies my requirements.Well above the cheaper chairs.
My chair was late arriving but well installed. However phoned to arrange an engineer to call to make an adjustment and am still waiting for a call back to arrange an appointment - nearly 3 weeks after my call. In addition my insurance cover on a previous chair was to be cancelled for 2 years to take account of the guarantee on the new chair. However my monthly insurance premium is still being taken.
