From talking to Tony who first came to see me right through to the men who delivered and assembled the bed everything went very well, no complaints at all. The company who were taking my old bed away arrived on time. All in all an easy pleasant transaction

My bed arrived on the appointed day - the company had kept me fully informed - and my old bed and mattress dismantled and removed, being replaced by the new one, plus the headboard that I had purchased separately. All the mechanisms were explained and demonstrated to me, with kindness and patience. The bed and mattress are extremely comfortable with the ottoman element being extremely useful. Overall, this has been a very positive experience and I would recommend the company and their product to anyone, it’s so good.

i bought my bed from them and never been happy with it but carried on with it ,today i e mailed to see if my bed could be loweed,one hundred and eighty call out fee and fifteen pounds for every fifteen min after,i thought this was expencive and i dont have that kind of money and i explained they should tell customers this when buying,but they told me it was in the small print which at 80 years old i hadnt looked,so forwarded all paper work to trading standers to see if i had missed it,so people should be aware as after useing savings to buy a very expencive bed,theres not a lot left for things that go wrong
