I was promised a call still waiting. I have a fault in my seat I wanted a manager to call me back!!! still waiting am now going to citizens advice. I am disgusted I want my money back its a lots of money to pay out I wonder if I’m the only one.
Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Adjustamatic’s After-Sales ServiceWe bought our bed from Adjustamatic in July last year for £8,000.Problem 1: The bed was delivered in the wrong size — we had to wait six weeks for the correct one to arrive.Problem 2: This past Saturday, I raised the foot section for a rest. When I went to lower it, the handset stopped working completely. I checked all the connections — everything was intact.I called Adjustamatic on Monday to report the fault and was told it would be 1–2 weeks before an engineer could visit. Frankly, that’s unacceptable for a so-called premium brand.If I were the CEO, I’d be embarrassed that after-sales support for such an expensive product was this poor. How can a company justify taking two weeks to repair an £8,000 bed?This is our second bed from Adjustamatic — and definitely the last.Adjustamatic: Get your act together.From a very disappointed (and loyal until now) customer.
Bought a contour AV bed in march 2018 for £5,500,took out a monthly repair contract only tobe told it now terminated due to unavailability of parts,l now have a very expensive bed just waiting to break down due perhaps to a minor fault,only 8years old,was told l would have years of use,really disappointed,have a wife with advanced MS.Really worried
Overall a very good experience, Mark came and gave me detailed overview with regards to what I needed, no pressure to buy and left me with the information so I could discuss with my daughter, left me his phone number and was happy to speak with my daughter if needed. I was happy to go ahead and was given a time of six weeks for delivery. Unfortunately a few days before my delivery I was admitted to hospital. Mark went above and beyond to make sure that the delivery would take place a couple of hours later to allow my daughter time to get to my house to accept delivery.
Very good experience with this company. Fromthe initial order where everything was covered and explained in detail to delivery where again everything was done efficiently and explained fully.Everybody was friendly and efficient.Would recommend.
