The after sales service is non existent bearing in mind that a lot of your customers are older and/or infirm & could propbably do with a bit of reassurance. I was never actually told how to contact you although you covered yourselves by all the information needed was in fact in the receipt for my chair and the terms of agreement, but I was never told thias fact.
This is my second bed from adjustamatics, however would just like to say the sales person informed me that I would be able to store items albeit limited space, under the bed. I was told by the men who came to set up the bed that this appears to be the information being given to clients. P,ease have your sales person correct this misinformation. I also thought I was going to get a bed that offered massages or vibrations like my last purchase. It was not made clear that feature was not included. However, a lovely bed, extremely comfortable and offers a great nights sleep. The material of the mattress is soft and comfortable and breathable. Delivery and set up of the bed was great with 2 polite, careful and efficient workers. Thank you!
The initial salesman was very approachable and knowledgeable. This was followed up by efficient and frequent information concerning the purchase of the bed. The fitters were on time, very competent and extremely pleasant. All in all - a good experience.
