The reason I have only given 2 stars i thought I would have a goodnight sleep but have found the mattress to be so uncomfortable am in so much pain from sleeping on it and that I have had to pay out yet again for a decent mattress topper to go on top but its not only that the headboard lose and there's no wheels on the bed so am unable to move the dam bed to tighten the headboard am disable not a strong and able woman and for the cost of the bed am truly do not think its worth it and the promise of the sale man revisiting hasn't appeared? So truly really should give u a 1 star for the shocking cost of the bed and me not getting comfortable night sleep on the most uncomfortable bed which I was promised by sales man I wouldn't have no issues and would never want any other bed except theirs wrong if it wasn't for my old electric bed given up the ghost I wouldn't of gone for theirs and quite frankly they can have it back
Very high experience staff especially the sales adviser to help to find right products for purchase regarding to my medical condition and offering with monthly payments to have no pressure with financial issues so I personally highly recommend Adjustamatic company to friend and family.
beds are comfortable can’t complain about that but for the price your charged they aren’t worth it you could get electric beds cheaper somewhere else eg a bed shop the interest charged was a shock over £3000 which i wasn’t told about so finding that out after i signed the contract and the beds were delivered, had i been told that i wouldn’t have got them. as i have mentioned the beds are comfortable but not worth the money
We needed to delay delivery which was handled brilliantly and the two gentlemen who delivered the items were exceptional. They were so friendly, knew everything we needed to know and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent representatives for the company.
Mattress moved after first night after spending two thousand seven hundred phoned many many times even phoned bob the rep.After many weeks of waiting someone is coming to fix it at the end of August.I bought the bed as I have terminal cancer and pacemaker in situ I needed the bed fixed a long time ago some aftersales service.
