We didn’t have to wait too long for our new mattresses. We were kept informed regarding the delivery date and time. The delivery guys were careful and explained about periodic rotation of the mattresses. We find them very comfortable.
Getting 4-5 calls everyday from them. Have explained I don't need their service and could they remove my number. Told me they had removed my details and guess what another 5 calls from them today again. Nuisance calls everyday so beware in giving this company any of your details unless you want pestered everyday from them!!Update: I have given yous the information needed to remove me from getting these nuisance calls but still it continues Jasmine!!
Delivered on time installed quickly & efficiently. The bed itself is perfect for me. The best nights sleep in many years. Previously I had a crdle over my feet, now no longer needed. My spine pain overnight is greatly reduced because I can adjust the bed however I need it. A lovely comfortable mattress.So easy to operate the controls. Wish I'd had one years ago, however I have one now & it is wonderful !
It is the most comfortable disabled chair I have ever sat in and I have owned a few. The best part is how it lifts your legs with full support reducing the fluid build up in the legs. It has a much higher lift than the other chairs I've had. I feel fully supported and it definitely makes life with rheumatoid arthritis a little more bearable. I 100% recommend this chair and would give it 10 stars if I could.
The advice and help prior to purchase and the excellent service on the day of receiving the bed made it so much less of a worry than I expected. As I am not able to walk, making a bed from a power chair was well nigh impossible. Now, being able to lift the matress, all is possible again. The storage is so useful, a pity that its not the full area. The grab rail is strong and I ordered it with the bed. I do feel it was a very expensive extra for what it is. Being able to lift the foot area gives me the first nights without heel pain for many years. All in all a very good, if expensive, addition to my life.
