Salesman was excellent, very knowledgable.Delivery was excellent, the 2 guys were pleasant, helpful and explained the chair operation clearly.The chair itself is reasonably comfortable, though it could do with a little more padding for comfort. There are a few issues with the design that should be looked into though.1. The seat/armrest height. The seat is a little low in comparison to the armrest, so when fully reclined your shoulders end up getting pushed forwards a little which is uncomfortable. I had to add a thick memory foam cushion to the seat to lift me up a little higher.2. The chair control is badly designed. It's a wired controller, using a thick coiled cable that feeds through WITHIN the seating area and hangs over the side. This means it gets in the way, you end up with your arm resting on the cable and, when reclined, it easily falls down between the armrest and back, making it extremely difficult to reach. Also, the coil makes it too short to slip inside the side pocket and it has a huge hook on the back that's too small to put over the armrest, but too big for anything else other than get in the way. It would be better to build the controls into the outside of the armrest.Other than these design issues, the chair is very well built and can easily handle my ample frame. The company itself are excellent to deal with and I would happily refer people to them. Would be 5 stars but I docked one for the design issue.
It took two weeks from delivery of bed to it being completely set up. The original order was not fulfilled -parts missing- and despite two excellent engineers coming the bed couldn't be completed because of the missing parts. To cap it all they sent the wrong parts with the second engineer.Not once did I hear the word sorry.
From the start, I found the people I spoke by phone or met in person to be friendly and informative All my queries were answered to my satisfaction and I felt that I was shown a patient and helpful attitude which I found very reassuring.When my chair I was thrilled to find it better than I imagined it would be.In more ways than I was so glad I went to this company and I would recommend them to anyone who are considering to a similar purchase in the future.
