At first glance I was happy. But after a couple of hours gaming the paddle snapped in half. No hard use or anything just snapped. I emailed aim about this and they shipped a replacement. But after this my dpad broke.. I can’t use right dpad… I’m trying not too throw it in the trash can but I will definitely buy something else. Anyways I’m back playing on my edge controller for now. Don’t waste ur money on this..

Broken out of the box

Repair update:I received my controller back from repair within the three weeks like they stated. After one week of use everything seems to be fixed. There was an immediate issue with the stick calibration and the left stick was drifting terribly. I found a calibration website online and was able to calibrate them on my own. AIM replied to my email that the sticks often need to be calibrated by the user. I suppose that is fine, but nowhere during this process was that communicated until after I brought the issue to their attention. My assumption would be that this is done at the factory, but apparently it isn't. I'll change my rating from 2 to 3 stars, but I'm still not sure I could recommend AIM controllers.Original review - The builder on the website was easy to use and the build time was fast. My controller was built in Poland and arrived in two weeks from the date I ordered it. The controller looked and felt amazing. I was very pleased with it initially. It also came with an extra set of thumb sticks and a 3' USB C cable for charging.Unfortunately, the controller had multiple issues out of the box and was unusable. The controller sounded like a baby rattle when shaken.R2 was basically set to on. You could not rest your finger on it and even the slightest brush on the side of the button would cause your gun to fire.L2 on the other hand, at times needed to be pushed extra hard in order to aim down sights.L3 randomly worked when trying to sprint. The Right Stick, which is TMR, did not always center properly (acted like stick drift), and was extremely sensitive regardless of how much dead zone was applied in game.As far as communications go, emails are slow and most felt like they were not answered until the following day. I asked for a refund, but their policy does not allow for it, despite the product being defective. There was no indication of shipping damage on the packaging. It took a week to get a shipping label to send the controller back to them for repairs. I was told that the repair time was 3 weeks. The tracking number shows that they will receive it this morning, so I cannot comment on the actual repair time or quality. I was also hit with a US Customs charge of $49.95 today, four weeks after receiving the controller, due to the tariffs. AIM sent out an email before the controller was shipped, explaining that they had to outsource the build overseas due to high order volume and that they would reimburse any US Customs charges as long as I paid the charges online before the controller was delivered. Well, it's a little hard to do that when the first notification you receive about the charge is by mail, a month after delivery. I scanned and emailed AIM a copy of my UPS bill this morning in hopes that they will cover the cost, but I'm not holding my breath.I would not recommend AIM Controllers.

This is by far the BEST pro controller…

This is by far the BEST pro controller I’ve ever owned and I’ve had SCUFF, Elite Pro 2’s, and Turtle Beach. The TMR sticks are the most amazing upgrade! ZERO DRIFT! Literally 0! I will buy AIM and only AIM from here on out!

recently bought a fully maxed TMR PS5…

I recently bought a fully maxed TMR PS5 controller, and although I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews I’d seen, I can now say those people were just extremely unlucky. I’ve had absolutely no issues with my controller so far. After placing my order, AIM’s customer service was very responsive, and the controller arrived right on time. The only small downside is that, due to the digital buttons and smart bumpers, the controller rattles slightly when shaken. Hopefully, they’ll be able to fix this in the future with some rubber parts, but for now, I’m more than happy to keep using it.

I would never recommend this company

I would never recommend this company. First my order took almost 3 months to come. As they keep saying they are too busy. After receiving the controller, within a year i started noticing input delays and so i contacted them. They give lifetime warranty but you have to pay for post. It takes 1-2 weeks for them to reply. So finally i arranged repair and asked them to upgrade the buttons to digital. They charged me extra for upgrade. I sent the controller for repair and they said it willTake 28 days for repair to happen. No update after a month and I contacted them and they said it will be ready this week, again not ready give another week or so. Finally after 2 months they said it’s repaired and they have sent the controller and i will receive it tracking number from ups. Then ups held the controller for more than 3 weeks as aimcontroller didn’t provide enough information. I had to send them allDetails myself and i ended up paying another £50.22 for customs. Biggest mistake of my life spending time and money of this controller. Also they sent the controller without any repair and there were loose screws . Now i have asked them for refund and they are not even responding anymore.

Decent controller when it works but service is terrible

Purchased 2 controllers, took almost 2 months from order to receipt due to "unexpected workload", but in reality it is down to poor planning and being under prepared as a company. Both controllers had issues, 1 I'm working around because I don't want to go through the return for repair process but the other I had no choice, the active trigger switch broke (after 1 use of the switch) and less than 3 months having the controller.I will say support were quick to get back to me and arrange a return for repair but again, due to their poor planning, I have been told l, after chasing them for a response once I knew they had received the controller, the repair process will take 30 working days due to the influx of new orders, which obviously takes priority over people who have already paid their money. For the short time I had the "fully working" controller, I will say it is an improvement on the base PS5 controllers but based on the fact that one move of a moving part broke the controller, the time from order to receipt of controller and timeline for repair, I do not recommend this company, steer clear and save your sanity.

Expensive and disappointing

I am extremely unhappy and I wanted to have time to write this where it was a blur of cuss words. So let me take this back to the beginning. I ordered in April of this year. I didn't get it until June. I have never spent this much money on a controller ever. If they had a upgraded feature from a regular feature on a controller I got it. It was expensive. As it was getting close to the shipping date but my status was still in building phase. I emailed them and was told they had a delay in components shipment. I was understanding that it wasn't their fault. But felt someone should have emailed me. After I had ordered my controller with Hall effect TMR sticks were being advertised. So since I was waiting anyways I asked how much extra to upgrade from Hall effect to TMR. I was told I was getting them no extra charge. So eventually I get the controller and I extremely happy with it and about a month after I get it the smart bumper broke. It still worked but got caught up sometimes. So I tried to find out the process of getting it fixed. I knew on their discord they had a repair chat. Took three days before anyone replied with a link to a survey. I did the survey and got a email saying that I was in the window to getting it fixed. I asked how long does it takes I was told a month and a half. But I needed to ship it to them with in a week or my claim would be closed. Then I noticed that one of my thumb sticks rubber coating is peeling off. It's not even been six months. So if I send it off for a six week repair is it going to be just like the building and take double the time who knows. But for the price I paid disappointed doesn't cover what I feel

Absolutely loved the controller

Absolutely loved the controller. Got a fully custom controller, and with TMR sticks took as long as they advertised on their website, no delays at all. Once the controller shipped I got it in within a week which is insane. The controller itself is really amazing quality, definitely my favorite controller out of all the one’s I own. Everything on it is satisfying to use, from the instant triggers, plus the TMR sticks are super precise when playing, to the digital buttons. Overall I’m very pleased with it.

Outstanding Controller and Fantastic Customer Service

I learned about AimControllers while watching content from a YouTuber I follow, and after checking out AC's website I customized and ordered a PS5 controller. AC offers numerous customization options and the process to customize and place an order is straightforward and streamlined. This is my first custom-built controller, and I'm blown away with how it looks and feels, and how it's improved my gameplay. I've already recommended AimControllers to my son, and my friends, and I recommend them to you, too.
