Airport check in needs to improve - very slow check in at the counters airport in the morning never has enough staff took us almost an hour to check in at the counter. After that the process to go through customs was amazing simple and flowing

I am satisfied with all services on Airarabia except at airport check in, if passenger got 2-3 kilos extra usually other airlines wave it specially when u are already purchasing extra luggage. I got 40 kgs allowance where i divide in 2 bags and i had to pay 210 dirhams including airport fee. This is my only concern
We had one of the worst experiences imaginable with air Arabia. We had connecting flights from Athens to Sharjah and then Colombo. The first flight was delayed for 2 hours the second was cancelled and they booked us a new flight for two days later with our compensating us for anything like the hotel we paid in Colombo or the new hotel we will need to book in Sharjah and transportation. Finally to make things worst when we arrived to Colombo our luggage were nowhere to be found. They completely lost them and they don’t reply to our emails our calls even when they tell them we have medicine and jewellery inside. You have to be an evil human being to do that. All the stuff we have talked to outside of the plane were completely rude and we have our trips ruined because of them. Please make yourself a favor and never fly with this company.
