The staff at check-in and on board were polite and patient. We did have to wait a bit longer due to the flight being delayed plus my flight date was changed to 2 days later which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was easy to talk to someone on the phone or WhatsApp to explore my options. Customer support was good. I was impressed with the in-flight entertainment options and the meal was basic (sandwiches) but decent enough considering the flight was under 2 hours.I would definitely choose them again as the service was very satisfactory for the lower price.
The cabin crew was giving good service check counter service is also good.sky miles timming was good. Only the bad thing laeagugae services.once I collect my bags it was totlay damage.i have only the bad experience for leegguage it was totally bed experience because of bag.
Good experience with AirarabiaI flew many times with this airlines many times but only domestic flights :Fez/agadirThis time was my first inter flight with it :Gez/lyon .they are punctual concerning the flight departures but the ground staff are very strict about the luggage weight even with 1extra kilo
