Two serious issues that caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and complete inconvenience:1) Forced to buy an unnecessary onward ticket at check-inI booked a one-way flight from Tbilisi to Bangkok with Air Arabia. As a UK passport holder, I do not require a visa for Thailand, and one-way entry is allowed.However, at the check-in desk in Tbilisi, the staff told me:“You must have a ticket leaving Thailand, otherwise I can’t let you board.”I was given no choice and was forced to buy an additional ticket on the spot, causing completely avoidable financial loss and stress.This requirement is not published anywhere on Air Arabia’s website, booking pages, or pre-departure communication. I checked everything afterwards and retained the evidence.Thailand’s official digital arrival card includes a field for departure details, but it is not mandatory — which is why I left it blank.And most importantly:When I arrived in Bangkok, Thai Immigration did NOT ask for any onward ticket.I entered the country with zero issues.This proves the requirement was incorrectly enforced by Air Arabia and not an actual immigration rule.This feels like an arbitrary policy applied without transparency, unfairly forcing passengers to make last-minute purchases.2) Air Arabia also damaged my luggageTo make matters worse, my checked suitcase arrived with:a broken wheela large crack around the impact areaIt was intact when I handed it over in Tbilisi.I have submitted a formal complaint with full evidence. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will escalate it to the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency, the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority, True Protect Insurance, and proceed with a chargeback. As a UK citizen, I am also prepared to take the case to the appropriate consumer and small-claims bodies if required.
Well Air Arabia flights are small and only one toilet to be used which is not enough, however while coming from Baku to Sharjah the crew staff was irresponsible because the meal was included in my ticket but they ignored to serve me so i reminded them very last. While from Sharjah to Baku the Air conditioner was not working on the flight.
