Well managed airline that has friendly staff and good service at reasonable prices. The cost of extras like choosing a seat is reasonable compared with other airlines. The inflight food is good.The areas for improvement is with the inflight entertainment as well as ensuring that the cabin temperature continues to be cool, especially on flights that are full.
