Good Evening,My name is Rachita. I traveled on 14th November 2025 from Mumbai, India (BOM) to Sharjah, UAE. Unfortunately, my experience with your team was very disappointing, and I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention.Flight Delay: Our scheduled flight was at 9:05 PM, but it departed around 2:30 AM. During this long delay, your staff provided only a burger for all passengers, and no clear information about the updated flight time was communicated.Luggage Handling: I had properly wrapped my bag and requested multiple times for a “Fragile – Glass Item” tag. After two or three reminders, the tag was finally provided. Despite this, the luggage team mishandled my bag, and the glass item inside was broken, resulting in my homemade food being wasted. I can share a video if required.Overall, this was a very upsetting experience, and it has affected my confidence in flying with Air Arabia. I humbly request that your luggage team take proper care of passengers’ belongings, as many of us carry items of personal and emotional value, like homemade food from family.I hope my feedback will help improve your services for future passengers.Thank you for your attention.Sincerely,Rachita
On time performance of Air Arabia and a well maintained air craft are the reasons I choose Air Arabia. However, there are areas that need attention such as more friendly cabin crew and more friendly ground staff to make travel more pleasant. Also, Sharjah airport needs a much bigger terminal if Air Arabia has to grow to the next level
We recently were on board two separate flights on Air Arabia. We had booked a flight from Madrid to Casablanca and then back from Casablanca to Madrid. We had never flown Air Arabia before and were not certain of what to expect. We were very happy with our experience from booking, to check in, through boarding, and the actual flight experience. The flight attendants were competent and kind, the flight was on time, and the plane was very comfortable. Excellent experience for both my husband and myself. We are from America and this was for our vacation. We would definitely fly Air Arabia again.
Overall, my experience was very good until I requested assistance from one of the cabin crew members, Ms. Amani, to help me place my hand luggage. Her response—and the question she asked instead of offering assistance—left me feeling disappointed and embarrassed. She displayed a noticeable attitude, and I observed similar behavior toward two other passengers as well.I understand that everyone has their own personality, but this profession requires patience, courtesy, and a genuine service mindset. If someone is unable to maintain these qualities, it may be challenging for them to meet the expectations of a customer-facing role.I kindly request the authorities to ensure that employees selected for this profession have the right attitude, a pleasant approach, and a commitment to providing service. All other cabin crew members were very supportive and professional; however, my experience with Ms. Amani was an exception.Thank you for your attention.
