My flight route is Chennai to sharja all crew members taking care excellent I travelled other airlines they didn’t help drop the luggage while check in ,in Chennai airport crews helped me and directed to the way,it’s surprisingly ,and I like them services ,neatly arranged dressing style
My 1st choice of airline to fly from LGW-Tangier. As crew myself we always tend to look and observe when travelling in general. There has been great improvement with in the airline from prompt cabin services and crew presence in the cabin. All crew are friendly and professional.
Its my personal opinion and experience with air Arabia. When i was flying its the aircraft is new A321 neo so the experience is good. Some old flights will not give that much better experience. Example seat recline, legroom, cleanliness all differ aircraft to aircraft so air arabia has to improve that. In short flights the cabin crew not asking passengers need. even we are paying for that service. may be no time for them but its unacceptable. The bad thing i noticed that in sharjah airport baggage handling. Its completely unacceptable that throwing our bags from the aircraft to the loader vice versa. I saw from the aircraft my self. They don’t care about valuable things inside the bags. Air Arabia you should consider this with SAS (sharjah airport services)
I’m not sure if it was Air Arabia’s service or the Suvarnabhumi airport staff’s customer service that so kindly and efficiently helped me get to my flight in spite of a very tight connection time. I am very grateful for their warm, friendly welcome both at the boarding gate and on board the aircraft. Everything was very clean and food options smelled good. My only suggestion would be to make some things, like water and blankets, available free of charge to passengers. Thank you to all the Air Arabia and Suvarnabhumi airport staff who made my flight G9 817 experience such a pleasant one.
