Flights with Air Arabia are generally pleasant. However in my last experience I was told the flight was "overbooked" and I am one of 4 names who have to wait for a no-show to happen to be boarded!!! I want sure based on what they picked the 4 names and how the favoring goes...
I have travelled AirArabia to Coimbatore where My Mother lives in India, flights have been on time and service satisfactory on all counts.However AirArabia has valued the customer relationship despite my loyalty,- my mother had an emergency, I missed my flight, they have sought evidence for the same but have denied me a credit / refund- I have travelled for about 3 years to my mother, all records are with AirArabia, despite that they are not crediting me the miles
Really enjoy flying with AirArabia. First of all I do like that the crew doesn't repeat multiple times about common rules on board. It's your safety and your life so be a grown up and decide for yourself 😊 it is really a huge "+" for me personally. Second, the crew was always nice and thoughtful. Third, as a night flyers we are very thankful for not disturbing and waking up passangers too early before the arrival. Huge thank you for that. See you soon 🫰
I had a really good experience with AirArabia- flying from Kraków to Delhi via Sharjah. For this really good price- quality of service was extremely satisfying. Staff was kind, caring, food- delicious. No problems with claiming luggage, also transfer in Sharjah was well organized and went extremely smoothly. I would recommend AirArabia to everyone who loves traveling and at the same time- doesn't want to spend millions on famous, but extremely overrated airlines like KLM or Finnair.
I sincerely appreciate the punctuality that Air Arabia maintains. I did not come across any issues with their timings. Check in counter staff are equally good and courteous. I would like to highlight the loyalty of your staff (I think, she is Tanushka) at calicut (CCJ) air port. She wins the heart of our every passenger.
I enjoy AirArabia and have for many years, My only issue if I had one would be that it is a on-going hassle to use my American Credit Cards, for purchase, as I would like to get the points.Besides that staff at check in,and onboard are very friendly, food options are great, and seating is reasonable
