Despite the bad reviews, ( I left with a fearful hart) we didn't experience any problems on our flight from Fez to Brussels, including with our luggage. Friendly staff and smooth handling.Good flight times at a good price. I'd definitely do it again.
Have chosen their value tariff for return flight KRK - BKK, HKT - KRK, which guarantees check-in luggage for all the flights. After paying and checking final conditions came out the booking system has an error, which changes the return flight HKT - KRK to non check-in luggage included! I run the booking once again to see if it's not me who made a mistake and no! Contact with support team disaster. We have all included in our correspondence now with customerrelations, contactus, g9support, pl-sales all from airarabia.com, no answer since couple of days we tried also chat which is even less helpful.
I recently travelled with Air Arabia from Tangier and had a very disappointing experience with one of their check-in staff.I had followed all baggage procedures correctly, with one small bag containing some sandwiches for my children to eat on the plane. The check-in agent insisted that these sandwiches would count towards my baggage allowance. This in itself was frustrating, but what was far worse was her manner – she was unnecessarily rude, extremely condescending, and seemed to take enjoyment in harassing and upsetting passengers.The staff member was distinctive in appearance (fair skin, ginger straight hair, centre parting) and I strongly encourage Air Arabia to identify her. She would benefit from immediate training on how to treat people with dignity and respect – or should be reconsidered as a representative of the airline altogether.I understand Air Arabia is a budget airline and that strict policies are part of their business model, but basic human decency costs nothing. The way I and other passengers were treated at the airport was unacceptable, bordering on bullying, and for this reason I will not be flying with Air Arabia again.
I traveled with Air Arabia in August and my luggage was severely damaged upon arrival. I filed a claim immediately and have been following up for months, but as of today, there is still no resolution.Air Arabia has refused to replace my luggage or cover the actual cost of repair/replacement. Their only offer is 40 USD (or 48 USD in a credit voucher), which is completely inadequate compared to the real value of my bag and the inconvenience caused.I have contacted all possible customer service channels and even consumer protection authorities, yet the airline has failed to provide a fair solution. Their handling clearly shows a lack of respect for passengers and disregard for rights under the Montreal Convention and international baggage regulations.Extremely disappointing. I strongly advise travelers to document everything, be prepared for delays, and consider travel insurance if flying with this airline.
I previously submitted a formal complaint regarding the serious disruptions I experienced during my flights with Air Arabia (Bangkok–Sharjah G9822 and Sharjah–Istanbul G9287 on July 2, 2025). In your recent response, you stated that the delays were not caused by Air Arabia and therefore compensation would not be provided.This response does not resolve my situation and ignores the clear inconveniences I faced:Both flights departed with delays,Flight G9287 was diverted and made an emergency landing in Ankara instead of Istanbul,Passengers were misinformed about hotel accommodation and were instead forced onto buses,No food or water was provided during the lengthy journey,My baggage and laptop were damaged,No baggage damage report could be issued at Ankara Esenboğa Airport due to the absence of Air Arabia staff.All of the above are in direct violation of my passenger rights. Air Arabia’s denial of responsibility is unacceptable.Therefore, I respectfully request:That my compensation claim be reconsidered,That my damages and expenses be covered,Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue my legal rights before the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Board, and other competent authorities, as well as escalate this matter internationally.I kindly request your urgent review and written response.PS. I wont flight by airarabia more.
