Review Time
I had my brand new luggage damaged due to rough handling of the luggage. I also lost a suite and couple of other items in the bag due to the cosmatic cream that burst open in my bag due to their bad handling. When i filed a damaged baggage complain, it took them weeks to respond back to my complain. When i eventually got a response, the resolution didnt make sense at all as i was offered a compensation of less then half the price of the luggage they broke not to mention the content, my time and the inconvenience this has caused. The Air Arabia website has a clear lost and dammage clause which would entitle me for USD 400. When i tried to understand on which basis the 50$ was offered, i received no response at all although i send 5 mail with the smae query. The customer support representative handling my ticket has shown a lack of professionalism. Their decision is not supported by any logical reasoning and goes against the rules outlined on the Air Arabia website. Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification on the decision-making process and simple answers to my questions, I have been met with unhelpful responses and have had my inquiries ignored. The responses provided are also grammatically incorrect and lack originality
I was trying to book a ticket online from Lahore to Dubai return the total that I had to pay was 83539.80 Pakistani Rupees and at that time I had 95000 Pakistani Rupees in my account. I filled in all my card details to make the payment. Luckily, my bank declined payment with the description that I have insufficient balance to pay. But I had 95000 Pakistani Rupees. I spoke to my bank about payment approval but they told me that the amount is more than 83539.80 Pakistani Rupees, which was around 10,000 rupees extra, wanted to charge me more. My humble request to everyone who is reading this review please save yourself from them and also convey this message to your relatives and friends not to book with them at all.
Very very bad experience not only one time, 2times I got bad experience from airarbia, airarbia staff don't know how to speak to customers. One leady staf I think her name is shearly her attitude is very very bad, I took round trip ticket, both time I didn't get connection flight, then they gave next flight after 9 or 10 hrs
Horrible experience with this airline. I have always travelled with a hand luggage and a small backpack with my computer. It has never been a problem at other airlines. Even when I was leaving Belgium to Morocco, they didn’t see it as a problem. So traveling back from Morocco, they said I had to pay extra for this backpack. Asked how come traveling here with the same luggage was not a problem and now it is. They couldn’t answer that question. The receptionist was super rude and didn’t try to explain the problem. After a long discussion they accepted this backpack. It took an hour of stress and annoying conversations with them, before accepting this. Never again.
We were supposed to fly today at 9.55 AM, upon checking in they didn't mention the flight timings revision to 9.35 AM. Our mistake we didn't the boarding pass. We went to the Lounge and walked towards Gate no. 1 for boarding. We were informed that we were late and can't board the flight. Flight had not take off bit still they didn't try any effort to board us. How bad customer service is: 1. There was no announcement made for us2. There is just one lounge on Sharjah Airport but they didn't bother to check with them nor made any announcement.3. If the flight rimming was revised they should have notified us by email which didn't happen.4. They flatly refused to refund or accommodate our request and were forced to book for another flight today evening without any consideration in the priceWorst ever experince on Air Arabia...
Worst customer service ever, lost 154€ refund, they changed the flight dates, I asked for a refund, every time someone respond, he closes the ticket, I create another one by replying to the old ticket, they ask me the same question again and again, they demand the same document to prouve that i did pay for the flight, they tell me the money gonna go back to you in three work weeks, closes the ticket, nothing happens, i reopen again, it have been months now, didnt get my money back, they lied about the bank confirmed that i received the money, i asked for that proof, cause the bank told me the opposite, at the end they blocked me, cause when i reply now, nothing happens, they dont create another ticket anymore, and i guess i lost my money
I booked a flight for next week mistakenly I chose November instead December. Like every one I tried to change the flight both online and by calling. Online my experience was awkward 😑, gives the option to change one way and not both !!! Phone call, number in Madrid is not working and voice message tells you that 🤯.Next level, contacting customer service by email imagine after explaining to them what I have done ( online and calling) they have sent to me a link to change the flight which is the same in there official site which is not working and a call center number in Morocco. This is my first I have seen an airline who does not care at all with their clients not like Turkish Airlines or Qatar Airways.My last option is booking another flight but not anymore with your irresponsible CompanyCheers
