Worst airline ever

Worst airline ever. Flight wirh AirArabia Maroc canceled with no information on the passanger. After 6 months still no reimbursement. Disgusting.

"Worst Airline Experience Ever"

I recently flew with Air Arabia/Fly Jinnah, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've had. My flight from Islamabad to Sharjah was delayed by over an hour, causing me to miss my connection to Istanbul. Despite being denied boarding, the airline provided no assistance, leaving me stranded at the airport for 48 hours without any support. The staff at Islamabad Airport were rude and unhelpful, and onboard, I was denied my pre-booked meal, which I had already paid for, and instead offered refused meals in a humiliating public investigation. It’s been over 3 months since I filed my complaint, and I’ve received no resolution. Fly Jinnah shows complete disregard for passengers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Good Flight Experience, but Cabin Crew Attitude Needs Improvement.

I recently flew with Air Arabia from Abu Dhabi to Kochi and back, and overall, my experience was quite good — the flight was on time, the aircraft was clean, and the check-in and boarding processes were smooth.However, I was genuinely disappointed with the attitude and behaviour of the cabin crew on both sectors. Being seated in the first row, I expected a more courteous and professional interaction, but unfortunately, the crew members were rude, unapproachable, and lacked the basic courtesy expected from airline professionals. They neither spoke politely nor smiled, which is a fundamental part of good cabin service.Additionally, it was very difficult to rest because the crew kept opening and closing the galley storage compartments (where catering items are kept) throughout the flight, making considerable noise right in front of the first-row passengers. This constant disturbance made it impossible to sleep comfortably.While I appreciate Air Arabia for maintaining punctuality and affordability, I sincerely hope the airline will invest in customer service training for its cabin crew — focusing on politeness, empathy, and overall passenger comfort. A simple smile and a respectful tone can make a huge difference to a traveler's experience.

Air Arabia offers decent value for the…

Air Arabia offers decent value for the price, but there are a couple of areas that could improve. The food quality is average — not bad, but not particularly memorable either. The seats are also not very comfortable, especially on longer flights, with limited cushioning and space. However, the cabin crew is generally friendly and professional, and the flights are usually on time. Overall, it’s a reasonable budget option, but there’s room for enhancement in comfort and onboard meal quality.

Flight delayed for 5 hours initially…

Flight delayed for 5 hours initially and they send an email then another email for another two hours delay then at the airport further delay of an hour and even not a single person from the company to apologize or satisfy passengers or offer any help This is my fourth flight with air Arabia as far as I remember all were delayed but on average one to two hours not eight hours as this time The staff is not friendly and no customer support initiatives

If i could give 0 stars it would be better.1 star is even to much for this company that doesn’t care and have a bad administration.I want to warn everybody because the customer support does not register tickets, and they could not even take care of the luggage.The worst experience ever.Don’t get me started about the employees because they lack to do their job.My luggage was lost and i filled a complain in 3 languages and time after time, but all they do is tell you to wait and every time there is not note.👎🏽

Air Arabia is not reliable,not customer friendly

Air Arabia is not reliable and not customer friendly! Watch out! Thursday 19 January 23 I booked a ticket from Amsterdam to Fez. We boarded the plane in Schiphol from 7 pm to 2 am without any information about what is going on. After 5 hours in stationed planes, we are told that the plane is not going to leave and that our flight has been cancelled. Nothing arranged! Air Arabia has no representative at Schiphol, so no one to talk to or to arrange anything for us. A day later I tried to contact Air Arabia to change my ticket to another day or to arrange something, unfortunately you are talking to someone from the call center who cannot arrange anything for you. Contacting call center Air Arabia at least 10 times and still not heard from Air Arabia and no solution found! Beware they can't be trusted and they don't care if you go on a trip or incur expenses or get into trouble because of them!I still haven't heard or received anything from them and not even sorry for the inconvenience.You've been warned

Poor service

Intially i booked my tickets under the 605431293 and i changed my flight to jan 9. While booking i got 30kg baggage allowance with meals but during checkinn they declined by baggage allowance and told me to pay extra charges by saying some stories. No solution

Disappointing airline experience...avoid flying.

Was surprised that Etihad such an airline as codeshare option (my other 3 sectors were all via Etihad). The flight was delayed by 3 hours but no notifications sent. Online check in was also not working and when called the office, was told to report 4 hrs before scheduled departure. On arrival at the airport we found out there there was a 3 hour delay due to 'weather reasons', although this was the only flight that was delayed. The 1 star is only for the check in staff who were courteous and helpful. Even tea/coffee are charged for and no exception even if booked as Etihad original.
