10 days without delivery

It has been ten days since I placed my order and my card was charged. I still do not have the product. The only communication has been through a third party that states the product is 'In Transit' from overseas, with no estimated delivery date. This feels like a scam!

The assistance I received was excellent and very personalized! The representative was extremely responsive and sought out solutions for me. My return (due to my own color choice error) got lost in transit, and she contacted the shipping company to sort it out.
