Review Time
After many delays and late delivery and a mediocre product I just got a bill for $15 from FedEx for which I did not approve. I was told that the delivery would be free shipping and no FedEx requires me to pay them $15? Ain’t gonna happen. Beware of this company do not order from them.
The customer service is exceptional. I ordered from the USA for a delivery in Poland. When I placed the order I put the wrong delivery address so immediately sent an email to cancel the order and I would reorder. Anna immediately emailed back that wasn't necessary she would make the change. Then I discovered that they had a plane the model my son works on so I emailed again to cancel the order and I would make a new one for the correct model. Again, no worries they would handle it. They notified me when it was in production and then when it would be shipped. It arrived 3 days earlier than I expected and our son was thrilled with the quality and that is was the correct model. It's challenging to find a gift for a son who lives 15000 miles away that would be really meaningful to him and they managed to give us that. Thank you for being so easy to work with, cooperative with so many changes and very communicative during the whole process. I look forward to working with you again.
We were excited to find this unique item for our aviation enthusiast. It was delivered 19 days after ordering, which is incredible given that it had to be made and shipped half around the world, clearing customs etc. The item is exactly as pictured and was well packaged. It is well made with a nice matte finish, easy to hang, and looks beautiful.
I can't speak to the item itself as it is a gift to be opened by the recipient. I took the advice to order early for Christmas giving, the warning had been that shipping could be 5 weeks or more. Kudos to your choice of shipper as I received almost daily and multiple emails to track. The item was delivered in under 3 weeks.
