Review Time
The items are fantastic there’s no doubting that and I love it BUT absolutely dumbfounded as to why it takes 2 months to arrive? If you want a 5 star rating off all your customers you MUST improve your order turn around production on these items? To say it takes 30 business days to produce them is just not good enough of an excuse. Ordered it in November 2024 and received it the end of January 2025? You can build cars quicker than that.
I placed an order on Nov 10 for two aircraft for Christmas gifts. They said expect shipment in 30 days. It’s Jan 29 and they still haven’t arrived. I have emailed them and they do respond each time but always say that due to volume there are delays and to expect them to ship in two weeks. The two weeks they promised has passed twice so today I asked for a refund. They responded that they would ship in two weeks!I think the company is real but they are horrible with communication. Never have they taken the initiative to let me know up front of the delays. And clearly they are horrible with planning!
Great collection of aircraft types.Beautifully finished and very alike the real thing.Correct way of handling my order. In fact the one I received this week is my second.Packaging ok so item arrived in perfect order. Many compliments!
