The art work is as I anticipated. Looks greatOne criticism. I should have been told when I first authorized it that it takes 3 months to receive Since it was a Christmas gift I could have planned on tellingmy daughter that her Christmas was gift would be late. Thant would have been fine with her but I did not get any information when I asked until 11/2 months.if I knew sooner my mind would been eased and could have told my daughter that it would be much later than planned
Like others, I placed my order in early December. It’s January 26, and still nothing but “delays due to increased sales”. I wrote 2 days ago asking them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They have not replied to that email at all. I recommend you do NOT trust this company.
The custom product was beautiful and I love the outcome. I was always kept in the loop about the progress and were able to approve the lineart they have created from the picture I sent them.I am very pleased with the product and the communication.
The purchase experience was great. The product arrived bent. It was a gift for the holiday and time did not allow me to return it in time so I had to bend it back into place myself to allow for proper wall mounting. I did post the photo and tag their social media as directed to receive a discount on a future order but never got the the discount. Disappointing but other than that the purchase was fine. Nice quality product.
