Review Time
This was a gift for a military retirement. Although the product turned out fine, there was nothing on the website to indicate that it would take well over a month (6 weeks, actually) for it to arrive. When I emailed to ask for the item to be expedited, I was told there would be no expediting. There was also nothing that indicated this was coming from Lithuania! As soon as it was ordered, my confirmation gave the estimated amount of time. Had I known this, I never would have ordered the item.
The product is fine and as advertised. The communications and delivery timing are terrible. I ordered one 12/7. When it didn't arrive by late January, I looked everywhere for my order confirmation and couldn't find it. Also, had not been charged, so assumed the order hadn't gone through and ordered another. The 1st order was delivered at end of February. I then received the second in mid-March. Now I am stuck with 2 when I only needed one.
I am very happy with the aircraft silhouette I purchased for my pilot husband for his birthday. The C-130 looked amazing and he was super impressed and excited when he opened the box. It was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. It looks great on the wall in our living room. He is already looking at some of the other plane options and we will most likely purchase a couple of others this year. Thank you!
The silhouette took forever was beginning to wonder if this site was legit or not. The reviews kept my faith up and finally the item arrived and was very pleased. Just make sure you select the size that you want. I was expecting a "wall" size but received a 20" size which I did not realize I actually selected it. Beside that the silhouette details are just amazing and comes with pre-hanging points.
