light to the control

I would add a light to the control panel so you can see if the system is on, even without a phone. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We just done installing a system here…

We just done installing a system here in Nosy Be Madagascar. First time we using Ajax products, normally we use Made in Italy system. I have to say that Ajax products are really on the top of the quality border. We like. We will propose to our customers.

Great products with great features

Great products with great features. Technical support is great can be difficult at times due to the fact you can only reach technical support via email and sometimes it takes days to get a response or quite a bit of time when with the client.

Amazing customer service

Zero support

HiI am having problems with my system which was installed three years ago. The supplier did not tell me there was zero support. A technician came out once who was useless. I need a technician who understands the system.
