As an installer for Ajax I had an Issue registering a Ajax sim card through desktopSoftware, they attended to the matter imeadiately and resolve the issue. Only second time I have had to use them but definitely recommend a professional and responsive result

Been using this system for 7 years. Only had to change the batteries once in that time. It works across 4 floors of our house with no repeaters required. We use wired internet and cellular for dual network access. We have keypads in the garage and fornt door but don't really use them. The app is sufficient. Lots of customization possible. We use nightmode to turn the system on at midnight and off again at 5am. It's expensive but it's a great system for the money,
I had a problem pairing with my REX 2, one of the components of my Ajax configuration.I submitted a request late last night and received a quick response.I spent a full day messaging with support, and the issue was resolved.An update to the Ajax application for iOS will be released soon.Personally, I really appreciated the support team's availability and responsiveness.I feel reassured about my choice of alarm system, the quality of the products, and the support.
I just buy an Ajax system and it's very easy to install and setup, the delay with the Hub and the Motion detector is very very fast and you will receive a notification in less than a second. The camera work very well with very good quality and the Ajax support respond very quickly with very helpful respond. I highly recommend Ajax system.
