Review Time
I would love to be able to programme the alarm for it to turn on and off automatically during certain parts of the day/night. For example, for it to turn on automatically at a programmed time, like when you go to bed and turn itself off when you wake up in the morning.
I have installed an AJAX security system 4 years ago. all went really smooth, i have worried a bit about the batteries but after 4 years everything is perfectly functional. the fact that you can control everything from very far away. i needed some support to change some users and everything was done fast and very professional. So as a conclusion, I can only recommend AJAX sollutions, as they developed a lot of new useful products.
I'm am very new to the Ajax systems, so far it has been a great experience, very easy to use and the tech support has been amazing to work with, when you tell them that your new to the product, they go out of there way to help you out.... thanks guys !!!
I install AJAX Security Systems and I am based in Australia. On the odd occasion I have had difficulties (usually the clients internet might be an issue or there is a connection issue). Somestimes also, especially in rural areas, there may be a difficult layout because of distance, objects in the way and slopes. The AJAX support team have always been super quick and responsive and, so far, have always managed to solve any technical issues and provide solutions for tricky layouts making me and my customers very happy.
