Review Time
I have been installing several Ajax solutions for 3 years (2 installations of them in our homes), with excellent results.I am grateful for the multiple times I had to consult System Support, where I always received quick responses and greatest attention to my problems. To better understand the Ajax ecosystem, I completed some certifications. Now I'm installing a solution with MultiTransmitter, which will save me a lot of money and bring an old alarm system into the 21st century, giving it a second life. The only situation that made us sad, was when we offered Ajax the plans for an "anti-Insect, anti-weather and anti-vandalism" structure, developed by us, to protect the StreetSirens. Due to the robustness of the structure, we nicknamed it "Hoopoe's Nest" (Hoopoe is a common bird in Portugal). We carried out "jeweller’s", stress and vandalism tests with great results. The "Ninho da Poupa" (Hoopoe's Nest ) has been installed for over 1 year with no problems. Ajax never commented our plans, and we regret that they did not take advantage of the concept, to subsequently develop something better for the benefit of Ajax community.
As a Distributer for Ajax, we have to give support to our installers on a daily basis. One particular aspect is the cloud removal service that I deal with. This is when the end user or installer cannot access the Hub as it is linked to an unused account. We have extra security measures in place on our end to cover both Ajax and our company from a legal point of view to provide this for our customers. The Ajax Bot provides an exceptional experience every single time I deal with them. Very professional indeed.
