Review Time
After years of negative experience with Verisure, I finally asked a professional to install a good and easy to use alarm system. Ajax was his answer. The hardware is solid and reliable. We had very little events of false alarms. Below are the pros and cons I could think of:+ good design+ frequent updates+ good HW+ easy app+ good documentation+ easy user management+ excellent support- price tag to start with Ajax systems is high- motion detectors cannot be tested with camera. it could be useful sometimes just to take a picture to find out what is going on- batteries die too fast- Alarm hub Plus Jeweller does not work well with UPS in case of power cut => it should be equipped with some battery or something to make it resilient- there is absolutely no solution for power cut detection linked to Ajax systems. So, I urge them to work on a reliable plug solution connected to their hubs so that we do not lose our food in freezer and fridge off. Bottom line, I highly recommend this Ukrainian based product line.
I felt that I was not trusted and that my explanation which I gave clearly was being questioned as though I did not know what I was doing. Actually the very first response I received was an email with an incorrect address given to me So who should be they ones with z microscope focussed on them, not me.

Ik heb een AJAX beveiligings systeem met de APP op de telefoon nu 2 jaar voor mijn huis in Spanje.Gisteren moest ik het alarm even afschakelen. Dat kan dan alleen met de APP maar ik werd onaangenaam verrast door een opgedrongen updated "End User Agreement" die je MOET accepteren. The acceptance of the EUA seems more important than your security.
