I am impressed with Ajax support teams quick and precise feedback and guidance. My app was paused if unused, and the motion detector was mounted upside down after a renovation earlier this year (awkward) The support team easily guided me to solve the problems myself. I recommend Ajax to secure you against fire and thieves
We had the system installed for us, the price was competitive with other systems. It works great, easy to set and unset by keypad or App. We haven't had any false alarms, putting temporary codes for cat sitters whilst we are on holiday is easy.
Excellent service from Euan. Installation around our farmhouse and workshop done in two days. App thoroughly explained, downloaded and has been trouble / glitch free since. Great clarity of sound and camera resolution. Who knew we had deer visiting our back garden in the middle of the night!!
Neil was great to deal with and the installation was done quickly and looks very professional. I found it easy to configure, including adding extra codes for the pad and blocking out part of what the camera saw so that it wasn’t picking up everyone passing on the street, just those approaching the house. It also proved versatile enough to allow a path which could be used by the electricity board to access the substation in our garden without triggering the curtain detectors.
The alarm system itself is wonderful & we are happy with how it works. However-customer care was fairly poor. I wasn’t able to get my texts to get my 2 step verification to login and it took 2 weeks of back and forth emails to try sort the problem. There would be gaps between emails and then I would get a new people and have to explain my situation again. Currently I still haven’t heard back from them as to what the issue was but it was frustrating. It’s a pity there’s not better customer care when things go wrong. A text or phone call option would be better when you need immediate help & you get quicker feedback rather than hours later.
