The alarm system itself is wonderful & we are happy with how it works. However-customer care was fairly poor. I wasn’t able to get my texts to get my 2 step verification to login and it took 2 weeks of back and forth emails to try sort the problem. There would be gaps between emails and then I would get a new people and have to explain my situation again. Currently I still haven’t heard back from them as to what the issue was but it was frustrating. It’s a pity there’s not better customer care when things go wrong. A text or phone call option would be better when you need immediate help & you get quicker feedback rather than hours later.
Very good system, would recommend. The only problem we’ve had is my Dad keeps accidentally setting off the panic alarm when he visits. He’s got bad eyesight and chunky fingers, so it would be great if the panic button could move to the top of the page on the app, instead of next to the “Arm” button.
The best system I’ve ever owned, so good I’ve put it 3 homes.1app simple install fantastic the way security should be, get the sensors with cameras, we had a minor break in and the perp was caught from the stills taken by the sensors.1 feature I would like is to be able to set an arm dis arm schedule, EG set external sensors but they go off AM and come on PM so pool guy / gardener doesn’t set them off if I’m away. But all in all FANTASTIC SYSTEM
