Our sofa was delivered today by two lovely guys who were totally respectful to our property. The quality of the sofa is superb, super comfy and looks great in our newly completed extension. A big thank you to the delivery chaps I’m sure one was called Paul, without them doing the hard work, lifting unpacking and taking rubbish away it would not have run so smoothly. Also great time keeping!
Wandered around Aldiss in Hall Rd Norwich this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised at the wide range on offer. Chatted with a lovely lady employee who was extremely helpful.Didn’t purchase anything today but will definitely visit this store again
I have bought household 3 things from this company. The quality of goods and excellent service and delivery is so good. When I had a problem with one of the purchases, it was replaced next day! Excellent service and friendly staff would definitely recommend this company on my experience

We absolutely love Aldiss, there selection of all things home are beautiful, there sales are really good. There is nothing we don't like about this retailer. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Never once have we had a bad experience, we have been coming here for years. Thank you Aldiss :-)
Spent £3383 on two leather sofas & after less than three years the coating on the leather is flaking even though we stick to manufacturers instructions and Aldiss General Manager called Adam suggested either the cleaning / maintenance routine or oil from my hair was at fault. My wife is meticulous in her cleaning routine and I wash my hair daily with no other product used except shampoo so to my way of thinking his account of the problem is total rubbish and the coating used by the manufacturer is not resilient enough to cope with the use of the sofa as designed.He was unable to even help with a suggested resolution even if I have to pay for it.Also bought our previous leather sofas from them which after 18 years are in perfect condition with no deterioration of the coating !We have spent more than £6000 on furniture there but will never return again or recommend them on this poor level of service.
