Excellent company to purchase from .

Excellent company to purchase from .Purchased storage x jars 3 in the sale. Arrived very well packaged . One item had an issue with its lid , dealt with very quickly by replacing faulty item and arrived quickly too. Would not hesitate to use Aldiss in line again .

Terrible customer care and shody products

We purchased a sofa and new bed from this company expecting a business which prides itself on high standards that the items delivered would meet our needs and be the same as the ones we saw in store. The sofa within a week looks worn out flat and so disappointing ( a family of four with medium usage ) . Tthe headboard keeps falling down on the bed it’s marked and actually looks like a return ! just terrible products and awful customer care when we’ve reported it. This company uses their own assessors to adjudicate so clearly a biased service. We’re now looking at replacements from more reputable companies with better quality products and customer care.

Buyer beware of stock that is not ready…

Buyer beware of stock that is not ready there and then….. but when is furniture ever available in the UK since some people voted Brexit. Great shop with a great selection of everything. The quality is without faul in all areas of the shop.Ercol not the speediest of furniture manufacturers but ordered in July possible a December delivery…..Now comes the sad part. Just try to avoid having them sort delivery £99 and it would have come two weeks earlier if you collect.It arrived in their store a week and a half ago. It was picked up yesterday and waiting for the courier to arrange a delivery next week…..Customer service at Norfolk near Wells branch really needs someone to chat to the team and explain we don’t mind delay so long as we know how it works…..

Excellent customer after sales experience - purchased dining room table and chairs had some problems with table contacted Aldiss who rectified this problem straight away - so we are really pleased with their customer service.

More than happy with my experience

I felt obliged to leave a review as I almost didn’t order products from this company based on their Trustpilot rating. However they were selling Denby products I wanted cheaper than anywhere else so it was worth taking a risk. I also ordered crystalline glassware. The products have just arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. My only ‘meh’ is that tracking information was a bit light but delivery time was more than reasonable so I fortunately didn’t need to make any enquiries. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Great place to buy Denby Crockery from

Felt I needed to write here to correct the record. At time of writing Aldiss have a 2.8 out of 5 rating on Trust Pilot. So I felt I was 'taking a bit of a chance' ordering a £300 Denby dinner set from them, their having the best price on Google at the time. However, their service has been impeccable. I ordered on Sunday night, and received my items the following Thursday (4 days later) via FedEx, which would have been Wednesday if not for a delayed pickup by the Courier. Everything was extremely well packed for crockery in transit, and in PERFECT condition. Really a 5* service. If I had to nitpick, then the only thing I'd highlight would be the v.small delay in communication between order received e-mail on Sunday (which did say "we'll advise once shipped" to be fair), and order dispatch notification on Wednesday. But they're a smallish business with 2 stores in East Anglia. So expecting Amazon-esque communication wouldn't be realistic I think. Being impatient, I actually phoned the store to see what was happening on Wednesday, and the web-sales lady was very polite, professional and efficient, confirming my order was packed and awaiting pickup. So ultimately I got a great product, at a great price, in great time. What's not to Love. Recommended

A wide choice of furniture in the Fakenham shop with knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy, staff. When the deliveries came the staff were pleasant. A couple of niggles were there was a misunderstanding about when full payment should be made and there was a scuff to paintwork as the larger item was tricky to get into the room - easily rectified. Very good was that split delivery was provided at the same price as a single and that the second item arrived more quickly than expected - very welcome.

I ordered some plates, on a user friendly website, which arrived within two days to a rural location. The price was the best I could find. They were superbly packaged and so were in perfect condition. First class service.
