Worst hosting we ever tested. Ok we tried to open a website inside mainland china, this is known to be very time consuming and very complex. We had ALL informations needed, also a mainland china company, really ALL needed informations about 20 key points including documents and images of business owner, direct video chat calls and so on...company responsible documents and all, also we talk about a big company with 15.000 employees. Within three different ali cloud managers and a timeframe of about 10 month (!) of process manager, with declining of money from our accounts (without even one minute of launching a website)...and we talk about a small static HTML website, no eCommerce, no interaction with users, no product selling...at end: it was impossible to gain our target. A nightmare of different advises, technical problems and false tips from the managing personal, including new personal stationed in frankfurt for the german market...no chance. Intransparenct over-complex interface as well...the deletion of our account was also a nightmare...
And i thought Alibaba was one of the biggest companies in the world. I had to deal with stupedest bugs i've ever experienced. Like, it keept directed me to login again and again, wanted me to login even tho i was already. Never try to get free trial. I don't thing they willing to give. Just clickbait. Then i wanted to try with paying. It wanted me to verify my id even tho i was already from both real name verification and student id verification. So i said f it and tried to delete my account. I couldn't delete it too because it keeps want me to clear some fetures that i haven't used. Seems like i managed to use somethings in their service at the same time while they want me to verify myself again and again. What a f joke. Ui/Ux designs terrible af. It's impossible to find something in first try. The staff in customer service were well-intentioned but they are useless too. Beacuse nothing working in this garbage place as it has should to be . Never but never open an account. You can't get rid of them after giving many info about yourself like id, credid card etc.
Never be fooled by using their free trialNo no, no free trial. They still charge for their services. They never provide any free service. Never attach your Master Card to this website. You can't remove it later. It will be stuck and still charged.
In one word it sucks! It says 1700$ for the individual as a free trial, but it takes 1 hour to sign up. Can't log in sometimes, their system is broken too. It constantly redirects you to different places in the new tab. He deducted $1 from the card even though he stated that he would not take any prepayment while becoming a member. Definitely stay away.
Alibaba is a fraud company. I purchased an item worth CAD 200,000 from Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. They don't have enough capacity to do the engineering and production. I filed the refund application, but Alibaba 100% biased the case and support to the seller. I check the review about Alibaba customer care and found that they always favor to seller and close the case without review your evidence. They have the same person to review the case and make a false statement about the buyer. Then the same person handles the case and even escalates the case to the same person who deals with the higher team. They only change the name of the Alibaba representative. You never get a fair decision from Alibaba. It is a giant fraud.DO NOT DEAL WITH ALIBABA and Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. Or Canglong Group
Would give zero if I could, I report several phishing/scam websites hosted on this service and all I get is "We could not determine if the site reported is phishing website or not". I don't even want to give one star for the review but could not figure out how to delete it to give ZERO starts. I was scammed by Alibaba Cloud in the amount of $4800.00 deducted from my checking accounts and also they chard $1800 to one of my crecit cards. I was sent a text link notifcation from USPS saying I needed to pay to have a package redelivered. And then I clicked on the link to pay, a $3.00 re-delivery charge, thinking it was legitimate. Fortunately I got an alert from my bank questioning whether I authorized the high dollar purchase and also fortunately, through PayPal I was able to get all of my money refunded but it felt the same way you feel when something has been stolen from you. I would not recommend using this service at all. How sad that this company does this to people-pure greed.
