OMG where do I start. Worse company to be on planet earth or even in galaxy. They will need to hire people who can understand English. Promise with no fulfilment. Rude and never got chance to experience. Please be careful using this service. I do not recommend them.
It is totally useless. It is not beginner friendly at all. You must setup everything by yourself. Even when you wnat to just host something on the fly just like on Heroku, on Ali cloud just get ready to spend 2 to 3 days if you still a newbie and even hours for those who are way experienced.I dont ever recommend it for anybody. It is just annoying.Dont even waste your time.I just had to put a satrt because that is the only way I can write this. Else, it does not even deserve a star
Simply the worst "cloud" service provider. It is a bad joke out of China. Companies like Dreamhost, Bluehost and Godaddy are way better than this bad joke -- let alone real Cloud Giants like AWS or GCP.This joke of a company locked my free instance so I cannot delete it and thus start to get billed for it.No matter what I did I cannot unlock my instance. Hell, I cannot even delete my account -- this is a joke. What should I do? Perhaps change my email address and than delete the disposable email address?
no tech support. you can open a ticket that gets ignored for 3 days. can't speak to anyone. the one time they called me back it was 11pm because they operate on HK time. now it's like Hotel California, they won't let me close the account. They're saying there's still 'furnace' resources even though i deleted everything. search on all of alibaba's support documents, knowledge base, on google, there is no reference to 'furnace'.update: 10 days now, they have me jumping through hoops and screenshotting all THEIR site's errors and they 'escalate'. They REFUSE to delete my account no matter what i do
I am very sorry not to check Trustpilot yesterday. I made account setup days ago and yesterday I pay 1 mio SMTP mails for 200+$. Indeed they dont recalculate VAT but OK. Today account is still on 62.000 starting quota, smtp credentials doesnt work (domain is verified), chat also closed. I put ticket on support and Ill wait for 1 day otherwise Ill dispute on paypal. Very poor customer service, slow not "existend" indeed.
