Review Time
A mistake was made when I placed an order on their platform. Instead of issuing it as part of my free trial, they charged my card/PayPal Account directly and are now blatantly refusing to issue me a refund. They tell me it was under special offers however upon going back on the order page there war no mention of 'special offers'. I've now opened a PayPal dispute for my money back.Not happy at all, was looking forward to trying out their cloud service but this is the sort of treatment I get in response. And their actual console is a complete mess, it's quite confusing to get your head around even Microsoft Azure and AWS were easier to navigate around. I can't even cancel the order because there is no option to cancel.
