Review Time
It was super fast, when i finished my purchase, i thought that I'm going to receive my Mac Studio between 2-4 weeks (because the site was saying the model I'm looking for it's not available at the moment) but the day after i finished my purchase, i got an email saying I'd be receiving my order in the next day. I'm yes it's not going to be a good reason to give a 5 stars because of being lucky, however, regardless of that situation, the whole experience was very smooth and good, i was notified and got updated about my order status correctly, received my order very fast, i had many options to choose how I'd like to pay and...
Well, I bought an item on Sunday and they didn’t had it in the store on stock so I had to wait 1-2 days what they told me. For me no problem. I choose pick up in the store, the boy behind the desk was really nice and helpful and he told me that I will get email about the pick up… suddenly I didn’t happen…I waited 4 days and I had to send a message to amac customer service via “what’s up” that’s where I found I had to go to a pick up point. No email about that but they send me link so thank you again…. This whole delivery packages are very low in service quality.I wish my problem would be the biggest problem in their life. :) Modern age … modern problems (not a problem at all)
I bought a new iPhone and traded in my old one. While the discounts were good, I was only told after they erased my phone that I could restore my data from iCloud only at home since their WiFi in the store is too slow. That’s unacceptable—phones are essential, and this should have been communicated before wiping the device.They might be the official Apple seller in the Netherlands, but the experience is nothing like a proper Apple Store.
