Review Time
I had not heard of AMAC but when Apple did not stock the hardshell case for my 3 year old MacBook they recommended I try AMAC. Ordering from their webshop was easy and the correct product arrived 2 days later. Overall an excellent experience.
Really bad service! I had a appointment for battery replacement for my iPhone. After reaching I had to wait to talk to someone then a lady came to tell we are too busy so you have to leave the phone here and we will see when we can repair. Firstly battery repair takes 45 mins. She said you are wrong that is not possible. Which is mind blowing because she is even not aware of the process being at AMAC? Then after even Telling her that I had done this before then she said impossible you have not had that from authorised store? In my case it was coolblue which is 1000% better then this AMAC. So she started to argue which is really ill mannered. She even told me that you should have called us in morning to ask how busy we are!! I mean lady I have an appointment via Apple why should I call and ask how busy you are? I will never recommend this place to buy anything. The staff is not good. So much of attitude and no manners at all. It felt that they are doing favour on me. I will also make an official complaint at Apple about this.
I have ordered the 19 November 2024 and only received my order 2 months later, which is way to long. Also the support and information or updates received only when I sent an email or call AMAC to have an update of the progress, if I didn't call or ask, I wouldn't receive any feedback. I choose AMAC to expect good quality but this huge delay its the first time ever I have experienced in all my onlines purchases, and the longer I had have was 3 weeks which the organization sent me a gift linked to my order, to excuse the delay, now with AMAC unfortunately, not that a gift will excuse, but at least a call from the support and sales team to apologize would be a good action to keep a customer.
