Very disappointed with Amac’s policy regarding invoice corrections for business customers. I ordered a product for my company, but their checkout system didn’t provide a space to enter my VAT and KVK number. After receiving the invoice issued partly in my company’s name, I requested a corrected version with the full business details — a standard requirement under Dutch tax law for VAT deduction.To my surprise, they refused to issue a corrected invoice and instead told me to return the product and re-order it just to get the correct invoice. That is not only absurd and inconvenient, but also completely unsustainable and wasteful.Refusing to issue a legally compliant business invoice goes against common business practice in the Netherlands and makes Amac a poor choice for professionals and entrepreneurs.
