Review Time
I ordered a new iPhone from the Amac website 2.5 weeks ago (Order number: 1020001681215, placed on October 19). On their website, the model was shown as available in stores, and I was told the delivery time would be up to 14 days. That time has passed, and I have still not received anything.Not only was the order never shipped, but throughout these weeks I received zero proactive updates. I repeatedly contacted customer support via phone and WhatsApp, and every time I was given a different explanation and a new promise that was never fulfilled. First they said the phone was in stock, then they said they were waiting for warehouse supply, then again that it would ship “soon”. None of it happened.What makes this even worse is that I personally confirmed the item was available in one of their physical stores, but they still refused to ship it or complete my order. Instead, they kept me waiting without clarity, wasting my time and providing no reliable information whatsoever.This has been the worst purchase experience I’ve had with any Apple reseller. A company selling premium products should at least be able to provide clear communication and hold to their own delivery commitments. Unfortunately, Amac failed entirely to do so.I still have no iPhone, no confirmed delivery date, and no trustworthy information about when — or if — it will ever arrive.I strongly advise others to avoid ordering online from Amac if you expect transparency, reliability, or even basic customer service.
