The sales lady in Nijmegen was very helpful and advised insightfully on which kind of new keyboard I would need for my iMac. She also spent some time with me to carefully advise and troubleshoot the hardware and compatibility issues regarding the OS etc... and everthing turned out great! Highly recommended!!
Perfect! I wasn't familiar with this store. I was looking for a Mac mini and saw that it was much cheaper than the competition. I decided to buy it here. After a day or two, I had the Mac at home. Secure ordering with a code and multiple payment methods make payment much easier! I highly recommend this store for buying not only Apple products, but other products as well! Thank you!
I brought my MacBook to Amac (Amersfoort) for water damage repair. The staff in the store were friendly, but they promised my laptop would be ready within 5 days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and I just received an email saying it will take at least another week, maybe longer, because parts are missing. As a full-time university student, I would never have chosen this repair service if I had known it would take 3+ weeks instead of the one week I was told. I still don’t have my laptop, and the store keeps telling me there’s “nothing they can do.” Very disappointing.
The courier did not ring the doorbell and left the package behind our gate without notification, creating a risk of theft. The original store-pickup option was also excessively delayed; progress was only made after I contacted customer service and requested home delivery instead. Overall, the process was inefficient and stressful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.
