Needed to cancel a order and the woman who assisted me, chloe was very much helpful. Didn't want to cancel my order as what I purchased from this website was beautiful but I found something just as nice for a little bit cheaper with same company. Over all happy with the help I recieved today.
I ordered a ring on the 4th December after being let down by another company. The customer service was exceptional and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered very quickly and honestly. I wanted to know if the delivery date I was given was still on track and I was told it was. I got so much reassurance that everything was progressing nicely. The whole process took just over a week. When my parcel arrived I was totally blown away by the packaging. There was a big box which contained my ring box and the best bit was when I opened the ring box to check it, there was a light that shone onto the ring inside. What an amazing idea. When I checked the box again I realised it was in fact a jewellery box again I was amazed by the quality. If you are looking for a ring for a special occasion or just in general then I couldn’t recommend Angara enough. High quality and great customer service that understands when things have gone wrong with somebody else that you are a bit desperate to make sure things are correct and on time. They definitely delivered on every aspect. Would highly recommend and if I ever need anything again I won’t hesitate to get in touch and use Angara. They have restored my faith and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again everybody at Angara, you not only stepped in to save the day but you have genuinely made this Christmas an extra special one. I have used this company several times to buy jewellery for special occasions. The actual presentation of the jewellery and the way it looks is great. The purchase and delivery process is also good. Unfortunately, when issues arise with warranty claims it is a different story. We paid nearly $2000 for a sapphire ring for our daughters 21st and after about 18 months the stone fell out and was lost. Assuming it would be covered by the 'lifetime warranty' I got in touch and was told it was not covered by the policy. The actual clause states that "Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product." They are clearly including 'wearing' the jewellery as inappropriate use as they would not honour the warranty. This was a gift that I was hoping would last her whole life not 19 months. The next daughter is 21 soon and we will buy her ring elsewhere. This occurred in December 2025.
