My experience with Angara was extremely disappointing.I ordered a ring as a gift for my wife. The estimated delivery date was March 3, but it only arrived on March 9. When my wife opened the gift, the ring already had visible scratches and looked like it had been used. To make things worse, the gift box itself was defective.I contacted customer service and explained the situation and my frustration. I even asked them to investigate how this could happen and mentioned that some kind of compensation would be a fair gesture.Their response? They said the ring passed quality control and the scratches were probably caused during packaging. There was no apology, and the request for compensation was completely ignored. Their only solution was to exchange the ring, meaning my wife now has to wait another month because of their mistake.For comparison, I’ve purchased jewelry from Tiffany & Co. and Cartier, and I’ve never had to worry about damaged jewelry or broken packaging.I also had conversations with sales representative Rushi and later with senior manager Barbara — both made the situation even worse. Barbara placed a replacement order without my confirmation, claiming it was to speed things up. She promised a free chain as compensation, but said the new ring would not be returnable once received. We were also promised a discount, but I only received 270 CAD, even though the alternative ring we discussed was 680 CAD cheaper. I asked multiple times for clarification on this amount and was repeatedly ignored.Very poor quality control, lack of transparency, and disappointing customer service. I won’t be buying from Angara again.
It’s absolutely brilliant service with the ability to order what and how I would like my lovely ring , I had been kept in touch from beginning until end of the service and still get regular emails , the gift was pretty cool too
The customer service was brilliant- really quick and helpful responses to email queries. Delivery was also really prompt and I now have a very beautiful, high quality ring that I love wearing. I want to buy two more rings and these will certainly be purchased from Angara.
I ordered a ring and was worried it was too good to be true. Estimated delivery date came and went so I contacted customer services who replied straight away and gave an update. The ring was then dispatched as updated and arrived on time and is perfect! Absolutely beautiful! Great products, great customer support and fab prices!
I initially bought a ring from Angara which was fantastic, however I decided to upgrade it for a slightly larger option. Sam from the customer service team talked me through the exchange step by step and I couldn’t be happier with the services provided, thank you. Very much recommend.
This experience has been great because I never really like jewellery but this company offers a range of beautiful precious stones that create a beautiful piece of art. I only buy my own jewellery and I bought a pearl pendant 2 years ago and its still as beautiful as the day I got it. Thank you for the beautiful craftsmanship, it takes careful hands to create real beauty. I could not be more happy to be able to afford a full pearl necklace which will be delivered as a present for myself this Valentine's. Thank you x
