I ordered a white gold teal sapphire engagement ring from Angara, my first time using their services, and the experience was very positive. I did make a mistake with the ring size, entirely on me since I’d never ordered a ring online before.Thankfully, the return and replacement process was smooth. Even during what must be their busiest time of year, the customer service manager, Sam Stevens, went above and beyond to make sure the resized ring was sent back to me on time. I was about to leave for a holiday, so the timing really mattered, and thanks to their effort we were able to take the ring with us and share the news with our families.Customer service was genuinely impressive throughout. The Live Chat team answered all my questions before ordering and stayed responsive during delivery and replacement. Sam in particular was proactive, communicative, and made sure everything moved quickly and correctly. I would definitely buy again from them in the future.
They deliver on their promises in both product quality and customer support! The main order and the free gift that accompanied the order arrived on time. A piece of the free gifts was missing, but they responded quickly by sending it within a day!
