Do NOT shop here - Terrible quality

My partner bought me an expensive ring from this shop, and in under three weeks of normal wear, one prong came loose and another snapped off entirely. This was worn under completely standard, everyday conditions.When I contacted customer service, I was told the repair itself would be “free”, but we would be expected to cover £70 in shipping costs — which is clearly not just the cost of shipping alone.For a piece of jewellery at this price point, the quality and aftercare are completely unacceptable. If you value quality, durability, and decent customer service, I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

To whom it may concern1. I ordered this ring on October 10, 20252. Gave it to my wife for her birthday on December 20, 20253. Pearl fell off on January 6, 2026, requested new ring4. Jan 22 you accepted the ring for repairs5. Told me I would receive ring back in 7 days. It was coming back from China – not in seven days6. Received ring approximately Feb 20th7. Feb 28 the pearl fell off AGAIN This is a dud ring and a dud design. I am demanding a full refund to my account immediately after which I will send this ring wherever you want it sent but not until I receive my payment back in full. You purchased something lovely for someone you love. That was a big decision and purchase. We replaced the pearl once for free. I want to share a few facts about your ring that may be helpful. You purchased a lovely large 10mm pearl. That being said, if a pearl ring will be worn daily it should have a protective bezel or halo setting. A pearl is a delicate gemstone. Also, you purchased a silver ring. Silver looks good but it is a softer metal. That means that the prongs are softer and more likely to bend or move in daily wear. If the prongs move, the pearl can fall out. I recommend upgrading to 14K white gold. It will look the same and be strong. You are not obligated to have us fix your ring. However, we can provide a price to replace the pearl or alter the design if you would like. I want to help you come up with a solution. I purchased two Tanzanite pendants …

I purchased two Tanzanite pendants and they were both stunningly beautiful, exactly as pictured. I like how I could select the stone quality and size (I went for AAA = Best quality Tanzanite in each pendant). They came in a timely manner, beautifully packaged and presented. Very helpful customer services too. All around 5 star for a wonderful experience. I can highly recommend Angara.
