Didn’t dispatch my order, didn’t tell me my products were not coming, had to chase, live chat said ‘out of good will we’ll refund my deliver cost as well’ (that’s not “good will”), if I wanted items I’d need to re-order - to cap it off, Symths Toys was cheaper for the same products! Lesson, go to Symths toys!
I asked for the package to be delivered on the Monday as I was out on Saturday. It was delivered on Saturday and left on the doorstep. No harm done as it wasn't taken away by a passer-by but I'm not quite sure why my instruction wasn't followed! Otherwise boxed nicely. Can't wait to give the gift to my nephew.
