Argos online experience is terrible

Generally have had good experiences with Argos but this time has been dreadful. I was buying a laptop for £449. Applying for their buy now pay later card seemed to be an easy solution. It was not. It is a huge scam. I went all the way through with the application process and was accepted for credit, a message appeared to say I could buy the laptop now with the card applied for. This didn't work and it took me all the way back to the trolley with a message to say I could not continue with the purchase on credit and could only use the card when it arrived in the post in ten days. Dreadful. So now I have had a soft credit check performed on my account, opened a credit account with Argos and will not be able to use it. I then proceeded to the checkout to buy the laptop outright. The message said that the item would be available to pick up the following day at 11am. No issues with ordering - I noticed everything runs smoothly when they are taking money from you - but my email receipt said that the item would be ready to pickups in 3 days. Total mess of an online experience and mislead by Argos from start to finish. Will not be buying again.

Queued for ages

Queued for ages, didn't tell me that the item was not available despite it having been ordered and paid for for over a week. Then I had to queue again to get the money refunded. Very poor.
