Review Time
Terrible experience. First delivery after 3 weeks only half order came. Other half lost in transit. Refused order. Two weeks later informed on e mail both parts to be delivered and still only one half of order ,other part lost again. Refused again and cancelled. Customer service abysmal and don't understand what I'm telling them. Can't be transferred to manager because they are too busy helping other customers. I'm now waiting for refund and we ll see what transpires with that. Absolutely hopeless.
The delivery was a complete shambles - took 3 attempts to be delivered - 1st attempt apparently road was too small -2nd attempt didn't ring to advise they were coming as stated in texts and emails -3rd attempt left machine in front door with door open and raining hard as two men could not carry up a flight of stairs - absolutely appalling delivery - will never buy a large item from Argos again.
